We provide free shipping to the mainland UK. Shipping to out of service areas takes time. Normally beds are delivered within 5 to 7 working days.

All our beds are made to order. When you place an order, allow us atleast 10 working days to deliver your order. Normally we use the services of courier for delivery in that case the tracking will be provided. But if you opt to buy an expensive bed then we provide self delivery and also offer assembly services.

You may return most new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. Otherwise, you have to bear the collection and delivery charges.
Once we receive the bed back we will inspect and provide the refund accordingly. If the bed is unopened and not used then we will provide a full refund. We will process the refund within 3 to 5 working days.
If you need to return an item, simply contact us and provide us the reason you want to return we will deal accordingly. If the bed is damaged then allow us to send the replacement parts instead of returning it. We don't accept returns on beds with high headboards.
